What is included in my wedding package?

Everything from start to finish including an endless selection of uniquely stylish specialty linens, chair covers, and tablescapes. Also included are fresh floral centerpieces, your choice of table numbers, and votives.Hors-d'oeuvres for your cocktail hour, and a dinner with three entrees, each served with an accompaniment. Also includes artisan salads, and a variety of bread. All of our indoor and outdoor LED colored lighting, custom furnishings, bridal table staging, and backdrops. You'll have full use of our 6,000 square foot outdoor entertaining space with kitchen for those late night snacks.

What is included for cocktail hour?

With every package, your guests will enjoy our charcuterie board paired with a cheese display your signature caramel praline baked Brie served with freshly baked croustades, artisan bread, hummus with grilled pita bread, olive and tapas bar.

What about alcohol?

You can bring in alcohol. We will provide the essentials like tonics, club soda, soft drinks, juices, and garnishes

Do you offer late night snacks?

We have a fabulous late night snack menu, with traditional and modern offerings.

What is the charge for cake cutting?

Cake cutting is included in the package pricing. (Who charges to cut a cake?)

Do you offer tastings?

Yes! We will invite you to our tastings & table-space display session once you book your wedding.

Is your uplighting included in the package price?

Yes. With our LED colored changing lights we can enhance the decor at a saving to you.

When can we get in to set up?

At The Belarusan, we take care of all the setup and clean up. We will plan your layout and execute your vision.
